How to delete your account
This page explains how to permanently delete your SpaceEZ account and data. No sign-in is required to view these instructions.
Delete it in the app
The fastest way — takes under a minute

Open the app and sign in
Launch SpaceEZ on your phone and sign in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Profile → Settings
Tap your profile avatar, then open Settings from the menu.

Select “Delete Account”
Scroll to Account, tap Delete Account, and review what will be removed.

Confirm deletion
Confirm your password when prompted. Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone.
Permanently deleted
- Your profile, name, email, and phone number
- Reservation history and upcoming bookings
- Saved payment methods
- Team memberships, rosters, and queue positions
- Push notification tokens and device registrations
Retained by law
Billing and transaction records
Kept for up to 7 years to comply with tax and financial reporting law.
Fraud and abuse logs
Kept for up to 90 days to investigate policy violations already in progress.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Once processed, your reservations, history, and saved settings cannot be recovered.
Most requests are fully processed within 7 business days.
